Help! Can't create an image.

i use TI8. my OS is XP with SP2.
Last time i created an image was quite a long time back (before SP2).
Now after going through the "Create Image" wizard when i hit the "proceed"
button the new window which shows the progress bars, appears, but nothing
happens afterwards.The bars do not move at all.A new scheduled task appears in the main window.
Then i need to manually cancel it.

plz help.

 

Hi Sounak

Sounds as if the TI sheduler service has stopped running. Try an uninstall/reinstall and then see what happens.

If that doesn't work then have a look at a couple of the alternative suggestions in this <thread>.
