    Yeah...I think so.

    I guess that's a good thing.

    Before, anytime I wanted to go to a secure logon server with my Internet Shortcuts in my Favorites, I would get nothing. Like IE was waiting for something that never happened.

    I don't know when they fixed it. Last time I tried was several days ago.

    I'm pretty sure something like that would require a Program Component Update.

    Wonder if they're gonna get around to fixing that shutdown popup.

    It appears to be related to the Updates feature. I know if I do manual Updates, and then shutdown, I get the popup. I have also gotten the popup without any manual Updates: just leaving my system up and running for 2 ~3 hours with Auto Updates (every 60 minutes) gives me the popup.
