I really feel sorry for the thousands of people that have to use this disaster they call a website. (Affordable Care Act)
I just came across this ... and I am gobsmacked Is the US government so hard up that it needs ad income? Or is the webhost making a little extra on the side? This could get interesting
I am insured through work, I didn't have to use or call Healthcare.Gov. I don't like to see commercials on TV boasting how great the Affordable Care Act is, because it doesn't work for a lot of people like the people who had their present healthcare cancelled. Some company's are not in compliance with the Affordable Care Act.
HealthCare.gov was crippled by serious technical problems when it made its debut in the fall of 2013. This year the website has worked much better, a marked contrast. But the privacy issues were a reminder that the site remains a work in progress, like the underlying law. Yes, a Government program should be more problem free than a Alfa release of a program. I am glad that their improving it through.
