Healthcare.gov dumps Comodo site certificate?

    I noticed a few weeks back that healthcare.gov had the Comodo site certificate but looks to now have Geotrust. Does anyone know why there was a switch? The Comodo site certificate had the Great Britain address on it, if I recall correctly.

    has anyone found the reason Comodo was dumped and replaced with Geotrust?
