HD manager 2009 se stuck at boot screen... HELP !!!!

    I just tried to resize my C: partition on my Win 7 x64 machine, clicked the Apply button after going through the wizard, the PC restarted but after POST Im stuck staring at a black screen that reads:

    "Boot from A:, Insert startup disk in floppy drive and press F2 to run setup"

    What startup disk? I dont have one and provided I did have a disk I still dont have a floppy drive unit to put it in (who uses one these days?). Ctrl + C does nothing, and nothing I have tried seems to work, I need to use my PC and work data is invaluable ... HEEELPPPP.....!!!!
