Having Proble after MASK Surf crashed

    Hi,

    I had mask surf on my computer for a while and every thing was fine. one day mask surf became unresponsive so I shut it down using task manager. After that, I can not use it anymore & it would crash on start. the internet works fine so does the older programs but I can not download any new program that requires an internet connection.

    Can someone help me on how to fix this problem?
