Has the accents issues been resolved yet?

i bought a 3 years license earlier this year or late last year. can't remember exactly.
not enough brain cells left.

anyway, Prevx had problems with accents; i use US English International keyboard so i can type in french sometimes.

but Prevx screw this up, the accents don't work when using SafeOnline.
even after temporarily disabling SafeOnline it still doesn't work.
i contacted Support but i was told it would get fixed "soon", whatever that means.

couple months ago i re-installed Prevx thinking the issues had been resolved.
same thing.

has this issue finally been fixed?
if not, when?

it would be nice to get an extension on my license for all these months i wasn't using Prevx.

but more importantly i'm looking for this issue to get resolved.

Yes As far as I'm aware, there are no outstanding accent issues. We've made a number of changes to support different languages and haven't seen any complaints about accents in quite some time so you should be good to go

well,

i still have to disable SafeOnline every time i want to use the accents.

not the height of convenience if you ask me...

 

i could live with having to disable SafeOnline when i want to use accents.

but if i forget to switch it back on for some reason then im without protection when surfing.

 

Could you let me know specifically what accents you're using so that we can try to reproduce it internally?

like i said. i'm using English (United States) - United States - International input language.
i'm using a standard english physical keyboard.

accents used:
é : ' + e
è : ` + e
ç : ' + c
ê : ^ + e
ï : " + i

but i suspect it's probably all the accents of the U.S. English International that don't work.

 

there's really no rush on this.

i got more paid security apps than i can shake a stick at.
