Got Worm.Some.Fool.P and here's the log

Hi Guys

Apparently I have got Worm.Some.Fool.P because I am getting loads of emails back from people I don't or vaguely know. One of them said that my email was quarantined and that I had this Worm. I have run AdAware and Spybot to get rid of those ones. I was wondering if there are any left on my computer. Here is the HiJack This logfile.
