Going from evaluation to paid licnese

Hi,

I recently upgraded from a trial license to a paid license and I have a couple questions.

1. When you change the installation package to reflect the new ID/Password, and licnese file, how do you get the clients to pull the new settings? My trial computers are still showing the licnese is almost expired.

2. I evaluated the software only on 32bit clients, but now that we are going foreward with a company-wide install, I need to create a 64 bit package with the exact same setup. Is there an easy way to do this?

3. Is there a "server" version of the software I need to use on servers? I'm guessing the software is the same, but want to make sure...

In the policy manager you can set up your clients to receive updates directly from ESET. See the following Knowledgebase article for instructions: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2338

You can take your current 32 bit configuration and import it in to your 64 bit configuration while you are creating it. http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN828
