    Hello after a long search i think i got my choice of Program, thank u for redirecting .
    Folder Guard performs everybit the way i want. Dent Access and has Password Protection facility:

    Better than Easy File Locker, i'll be using this Ware for a long time.
    At least my Query is Solved.:D :D :D Although its not a FREEWARE:
