Free trail full version stopped after 7 days

I downloaded the full trial version on Sept. 3rd, The full version was supposed to last for 1 month, It stopped after 7 days. How can I get the full version back for the remainder of the 30 days free trial? I barely had time to even figure out how to use it, please help. Thanks for any help offered.

Thanks for your reply, The only thing I can figure is I went to my Date and Time properties and was trying to find out what day of the week an appointment fell on and when I finished I left October on the calender, would that be the fatal mistake made to make the program think it was a month later. If so everyone needs to be aware of the problem. Thanks again for your help.
