found 60 trojans on a system with nod32

    found 60 trojans on a system with nod32 with avira antivir on demand!!

    a) was the NOD32 up to date?
    b) where were the files located?

    Can you give us more information. I have had a division of our IT department complain about similar issues. The techs get a report of a PC having symptoms like it's been infected with some sort of Malware and they scan with NOD32 (updated to latest virus definitions) and don't find anything.

    They then install and scan with Malwarebytes and find a ton of items. I, nor my team of IT techs have run across this with the PCs we support.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    I ran Antivir Personal just for the sake of it and it found nothing.
