flaming, baiting, trolling online now illegal?

    It'd be nice ... but in all reality it'll amount to squat. :rolleyes: The difficulty with using this against these sorts of people, is anonymity - with todays availability of anon proxies, onion routers etc. - Would it even be feasible/reasonable to track someone down. It's nothing more than hot air, and a complete waste of time. Besides the above, it would only cover those in the US - with absolutely no relevance else where. Considering that it would only account for a small percentage of those online globally, would it have any effect anyway even if it was practical.

    With that said, I don't think the real target is "flaming, baiting, trolling" as we commonly know it. ;)
