Firefox security patch

    I downloaded the security patch today but even after a reboot the About Mozilla Firefox tab is indicating version 1.0 NF.......would this be expected :doubt:

    Did you try tools, options, advanced, update?

    Howdy Ron.....yes and it SEEMED to update..... when i 'Check Now' the patch is no longer listed as an download option.

    does yours read as that?

    @ Ron....i have tried clicking on that page ( HERE ) a number of times but i only kept looping back.....thanks for getting back :)

    @ Solarpowered Candle.....opps :oops: i was looking at the larger font info and did not scroll down .....thanks for pointing out what you did :)
    BTW....i just looked at www.puresilence.org/ .......very nice.....

    in Tools/Options/Web Features/Allow Sites To Install Software. do you have the box checked? i hope this helps you :) ; if not, sorry for getting it wrong, or not understanding the problem :(
