Firefox 3.5.6

Hello Forum,
After closing FF it is still running in windows task manager.How do you fix this problem.

Sometimes I see this behavior with my FX as well. Might be a feature to speed up the next start of the browser window. Try to use File > Exit and don't clear private data on exit, to speed up the whole process of closing it.

If nothing helps, uninstall Firefox completely to clean up any buggy profile/extension and then reinstall it. Might be a good idea to reinstall Flash Player and other plug-ins as well.

If this doesn't help, report back to Mozilla and the extension makers of the extensions you use.
