    Hello soblur1,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server

This is a known issue in the product. If your operating system is Windows 2000 Server than as a workaround, install Acronis Group Server on a Windows system, different from Windows 2000 Server.

The issue will be fixed in future version of the program. You can receive Acronis' releases and special promotions information if you sign up at our web site

    Best regards,

    Hi Dmitry Nikolaev,

I have read about the issue on the article published by Arconis. However, my the operating system that i am using is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x32 bits.

The server is installed with the following products and options
    1) Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server
    2) Acronis True Image Management Console
    3) Acronis True Image Agent for Windows
    4) Acronis Backup Server
    5) Acronis Group Server
    6) Acronis Universal Restore

I have five (5) other server that is installed with
    1) Acronis True Image Agent for Windows

These five (5) other server are managed by my first server that has all the options installed.

    Hello Milton,

Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

Please let me know your e-mail address via PM, I will send the file to you.

To resolve the issue you should do the following:

Start FDBViewer and load the .fdb-file using the “Open”-Button.

Once the database is loaded, the Acronis specific tables will be displayed in the list on the left side of the application and the “fbserver.exe”-Process begins consuming more and more ram.

Firebird already fixed the problem but seems to be lost in the deadlock.

Kill the fbserver.exe and restart the Firebird Server – Reopen the fdb-file and you will see, that the problem no longer occurs.

    Thank you.
