Fineprint and PDFFactory

    I am using Fineprint and PDFFactory. I have the latest PG 3.4 Beta 1 and XP Pro SP2. Whenever I attempt to use the programs and I have have the Global Protection Option "Block rootkit/driver/service installation" turned on I get a BSOD and a message talking about bad_pool_header. I have tried overriding the applications at the application level in the Protection tab with no luck. The applications are: fpdisp5a.exe (release 5.54) and fppdis2a.exe (release 2.51). the only way the programs work is by disabling the global protection option. Any clues?

    I use both with PG - without problem. Have you tried learning mode?
