File sharing rules (sharing.rie) - incorrect?

    Both the English and French versions of the file: sharing.rie and Partage de fichiers reseau local.rie are misleading. Under TCP:Share 1 direction is inbound and outbound but the description refers to outbound only. TCP:Share 2, again direction is both ways but description is inbound. Same thing in the French versions. Some clarification is needed I think.
