On a Windows 2000 system, using a FILE, not an IMAGE, backup with TI 9 (build 3633), is it possible to back up ALL files on ALL drives, other than the pagefiles?

    Hello Howard,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Yes, it's possible to back up all files on all drives using Files and folders option in Acronis True Image.

If you don't want to include some files into an image, please set the default filters for not to back up files of specific types.

Please find the detailed information on how to use Acronis True Image 9.0 Home in the respective User's Guide.

    Thank you.

    As I describe in http://www.standards.com/index.html?CreateFileFailure,
TI cannot backup all files in a fikle-based backup.

And I already posted the error message in either this, or another, thread.

This seems to be beating a dead horse if the answer was already posted by you elsewhere. However, I do like the term "fikle based backup" since it could be used to describe a backup that can't be reliably restored.
