Family Tree Legends- persistence

Gooday all,
Totally new to this use of my comp.. Got referred here by updating Spyware Blaster. SITUATION: A while ago got the genealogy bug ( feeling my age and looking for some continuity!!) Downloaded a genealogy program - Family Tree Legends. Seemed to be more than a bit invasive. Tried to remove this program using windows 'Add and Remove'. Wouldn't work. Always got shunted to a modification option rather than a 'Delete'.'
Thought I finally got rid of the program ( don't ask!) BUT whenever I try to update Spyware Blaster, 'Family Tree Legends' starts trying to set up again , taking over the process..
I use AdAware, Spyware Blaster, RegScrub, you name it I've got it and use it!!! But nothing detects these remnants of this bloody genealogy program. Anyone got any comments?

Sounds like you may have gotten something else bundled with that program that is keeping it alive and well.
