    Hello,

I visited SafeReturner's web site and downloaded both Safe Returner Standard and Safe Returner Plus, scanning both files with ESET Smart Security v4.2.67.10 using virus signature database 5680. No threats were found.

The files available for download are v1.27.5, not the v1.27.8 version you mentioned.

Perhaps they had a problem with the build you downloaded and put an earlier version up for download until they could fix the issue.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

I downloaded and installed both, Standard and Plus Installation of Safe Returner and I was unable to replicate the issue here. No threat alerts.

Make sure you're running the latest version of virus signatures.

If you're still experiencing any issues, provide a copy of the threat alert given by your ESET security solution (from the main program window, CTRL + M to toggle standard to advanced mode, then go to Tools >> Log files >> Detected Threats).
