Okay, thank you. Is there a difference between Facebook SOL & SOL?

Thanks bud, just trying to understand the different versions of your product.

SOL is a neat little app, keep up the good work.

I currently have a Prevx license but not a Safeonline license (currently running in trial mode) which does not expire for another 190 days. Is there anyway I can use the Facebook SOL version license with my Prevx license? I tried to install on top w/o any luck. Thanks!

It is possible to run Prevx SafeOnline Facebook edition and buy cleanup + prevention and in that way get the full product. I don't see any reason you wouldn't be able to get the full product the other way around. PrevxHelp should be able to give you more information whether this is possible or not.

Correct :) If you uninstall your existing copy, install the SafeOnline version and apply your non-SafeOnline license, it will become equivalent to having a full license with SafeOnline included.

Let me know if it doesn't work properly for you!

Send an e-mail asking for a SOL (Facebook version) license for SOL/Prevx (the one you got installed). Otherwise, uninstall the one you got and install the Facebook version.

Worked like a charm!! Thanks for everyone's help!! On a side note, I use KIS 2011 (11.0.2.556) with SafeRun when required on secure sites. Anything need to be modified?? Maybe running KIS and Prevx/Safeonline together is overkill. Thanks in advance!

Running KIS and Prevx at the same time is definately okay. Prevx is fully compatible with KIS so no need to worry. I wouldn't say it's overkill if you have important personal data you want to protect at all cost!
