IOW: We collect information about every aspect of your usage because we are not smart enough to know where to put things and we are too cheap to conduct our own product research.
This stuff makes me sick when I think about the millions of Facebook users that are blissfully ingorant. I feel like the only difference between Facebook and all the spyware I've cleaned off machines in the past 10 years only differ because one knows how to get around legalities, where as the other spyware creators don't or can't.
