This is possible only in the real time file system protection (AMON) . Open Control Center -> AMON -> Setup -> "Exclusions" tab and follow the instructions

You didn't mention about infection the previous time.
Tell us more about what and where is located , the name of the threat ?

I've scanned my pc and nod has found the file "keyfinder.exe" like a threat. I wish exclude it from future scan, because if in the future it will find other threats, i wish disinfect them but not deleting that file.

Is "keyfinder.exe" a crack/keygen ... crack to bypass Microsoft's checks for being legal (why I am asking  ) . If so , stop using any kind of cracks - useless , illeagal and full of trouble.

It is strongly recommended that you remove that exe using NOD32.
In version 2 , it is not possible to exclude files/objects from on-demand scan , only from AMON .

I've downloaded it ONLY to verify if my copy is LEGAL, and IT IS! ;)

Do you know if in version 3 is it possible to exclude files?

    Thanks for help!

Keyfinder is a tool to extract the License Keys from the registry of a PC. It has both good and bad uses.

On the one hand it can be used to extract a key where the original paper work has been lost or damaged. It can also be used to check the correct license key is being used.

It cannot be used to circumvent any activation or copyright protection. However it can be used to get a copy of someone elses key - however activation should prevent it's use on another PC.

Bit like BitTorrent programs - mostly used for unauthorised file swapping but the program is totally legal.
