exclude files

    sir,

    I just want to ask if we can exclude files when NOD32 scan not to scan the files?
    One of our client ask. This is the question of client



    I want to exclude a certain program to be scan in all workstation and server , this is a remote administration program eg remote.exe .

    Not extension files.

    Files can be excluded from being scanned by AMON (NOD32 Control Center -> AMON -> Exclusions), but not from the on-demand scanner iirc.

    Potentially unsafe applications cover software for remote administration and thus this option is disabled in all modules by default. Leaving it disabled will render the files undetected.

    Sir,

    What is this error when i install tne NOD. in work station.?

    1.error encountered after ENOD installation using windows 2000
    : ERROR ENCOUNTERED DURING COMMUNICATION WITH NOD32 KERNEL SERVICE “

    Isolation done.



    Re-install enod workstation.



    Disabled nod32 kernel @ computer management SERVICEs



    Set to automatic in nod32 kernel @ computer management SERVICEs
