Hi, I'm a first time poster.

I've been using eset as my antivirus/firewall for 2 years now with no complaints. until recently I have been having a problem with a program asking for permission every time i restart my pc. It happens once per session as if the program changes between restarts. This means that every time I tick 'allow' and remember the action it creates a new entry in the application/rule list.

the program is punkbuster (PnkBstrB.exe) which is used in my favourite game (battlefield) to police against game hackers and cheats. removing this application is not an option. it's not a perfect program by any means I was wondering what is happening to cause this issue?

    Code:
Open the ESET User Interface (filename: EGUI.EXE).
Press the F5 key to open the Advanced Setup Menu window.
In the left navigation pane, select Personal FireWall → Application Modification Detection.
