EWIDO---unknown update format 2?

    Can anyone throw any light on this update error I started to get when doing manual updates fromEwido yesterday?
    I run XP home 1, with EWIDO ver 3, and everything was working fine until yesterday, when it started to report......
    update available.... followed by.... unknown update format 2?

    Hi
    i have had same problem.Iam useing sygate firewall. If i check enable stealth browsing and anti ip spoofing i get same problem.Uncheck these then i am ok

    Yep, that can be the cause. Btw. we tried to answer to your support-mail, but unfortunately the mail bounced (invalid mx-entry) ;(

    Thanks folks, I will try that. I dont understand why your e mail bounced though, as your auto response got through OK beforehand. o_Oo_Oo_Oo_O.
