Ewido guard still active after trial expires?

    Hi,

    I was giving Ewido 3.5 a trial run, and the realtime protection just ended, but the Ewido guard is still active in task manager, and I'm wondering what Ewido guard does?

    I thought it was the realtime protection of Ewido, so why is it still active if Ewido has changed over to the free version? Thanks if anyone knows why this is happening.
