ESS4 blocks all connection

    Hello.

    I've been hearing and reading a lot of great things about ESS and decided to give it a trial run.

    I just installed it a couple hours back and as soon as the program starts up ( after installing ), i have no access to my internet connection. Disabling the firewall doesn't help. The only way for me to retain my connection is to uninstall ESS4, restart and everything goes back to normal.

    I asked a few friends using ESS4 and they have no such issues. What am i doing wrong? o_O


    OS : Windows 7 x86

    Has the previous antivirus/firewall software been uninstalled?
