Eset_Smart_Security_Update Problem

When I try to update my antivirüs,I get this error message."Error creating temporary file". I check my temp files and they are exist.I do not know what to do.

You did not mention which version of Microsoft Windows you are running, but try closing all of your applications, deleting the contents of the directories pointed to by the %TEMP% and %TMP% environment variables and the %WINDIR%\TEMP directory (not the directories themselves, just what is inside of them), restarting the computer and then allowing ESET Smart Security to download an update once the computer has finished booting.
