ESET SS 4 fails installation

I have tried everything to install ESET SS 4 (any version) on my PC (Win XP Pro SP3 32bit) with no luck.
I always get MS installer error!...
The MSI version is 4.5... also tried to downgrade to 3.1 with no luck at the installation...
I have spent hours and hours trying!
The funny thing is that NOD32 4 is installing (and running) just fine... and ESET SS 3 is installing just fine too!!!!!
The big big problem is with SS4...

All other office installations (14lics) are just fine... the other PCs are similar... checked MSI version (3.1)!!!
Any kind of help will be appreciated...

I got error 1052 (and 1072) with failure at service ehdrv, so I searched the fomum and got the solution at:

This was soooo easy!

I don't know why on the earth did not inform me about that (logs) at adaox.com when I phoned many many times!!!!! Bad support... very bad support
