eset smart security 5 wont install error 2878

    i cannot get eset to install on my computer...error code 2878
    windows 7 64bit
    i have uninstalled all prevoius antivirus software, i think haha

    ive tryed all of that...im pretty sure all remnants of previous anitvirus are gone...im using an offline installer because my computer is not connected to the iternet
