Heh, you won't get a reply, I had to beat them to death just to reply to my emails when I sent samples then I gave up. Luckily for me Microsoft are very fast with dealing with samples.

I highly doubt the average user would even get a reply from ESET.

Microsoft has 64bit for Vista/7 only. I won't advertise it here but you can find download links all over google.

If you have AV until 2011 I'm sure you can phone them to get some kind of refund before 2010/2011 are counted.

If you're saying 1 file is over 10mb, that's a damn big rogue o_O If you contact help they will probably give you FTP.

    all my rogueS are 20mb
the best size is 5MB but i don't want say rogue per rogue
I have 12 samples rogues, 1 sample vundo and 1 sample trojan.

Not detected by Nod32, 6 days ago now.
just vundo is detect by "morro"

I have send 9 rogues only, and i wait if microsoft reply and i send other.

The average client/user might also get no interest from ESET Labs.

Barely no or complete lack of any reply (or most importantly - action) is a big shame .

Thanks , God , I know the support guys from my distributor personally and should a problem arises I can call them . However ,If I ever need to contact ESET company's Lab or Support personally , let God help me . And yes , Marcos , it is true.

Yeah ... that is why AH managed to protect the client or managed to detect the rogue application , right?

There is no point for arguing . The problem here is not the advanced heuristics - they are great . The problem is the so called silence - lack any of (human) reaction from ESET team.

Human reaction may not be what everyone wants it to be, but it has certainly improved here on the forums.

No offense intended buddy, I'm just carrying on the conversation here, but call advanced heuristics as "advanced" as you want. The names are all marketing gimmicks. Anti-this, Anti-that. It's the test results that prove the real point. In tests where *only* heuristics were used, ESET isn't coming out where it used to.
