[ESET Console Administrator] troobleshooting with update.

    Hello,

    I run a console ESET, and sometimes, when the server is updating, it goes to 31~35% then freez. ( see "console.png" ) I need to restart the service " ESET Remote Administrator Serveur" several times.
    There is no problem with the account and password, and after a while, the update succeed.

    Any clues ?

    Perhaps the best would be to get a Process Monitor log from an attempt to update to start off. Please provide the log to Customer care for perusal.
