Errors due to This program???

I'm not all that tech saavy....and I just installed vista a week ago along with this beta program.
While doing a scan I checked the log file and saw the following errors(I'm sure I missed a BUNCH)And am wondering if this has anything to do with eset.If not I'm open to suggestions as to an appropriate forum to help me solve this problem.

Hello,

From looking at the error log these appear to be files which are exclusively held open by the operating system and cannot be accessed by ESET Smart Security for scanning. This would be similar to the

[4] File cannot be opened. It may be in use by another application or operating system.​
