Error

all of user,

few days ago i was face some problem with eset . when i will shutdown my pc then its normally work . and again when i turn on pc then eset i con vanish on task bar . but when i try to open it from start / all program then show . this operation has been canceled due the restriction in effect on this computer please contact system administrator . at this time some body suggest to me for reinstall it again,i can . but also same . interesting thing i can reinstall windows newly and also same condition right now . please help me any boss public . and see attachment for error snap shot for better understand .
