error with spyware blaster help!

Hi having trouble after installing spyware blaster a sreen with this error comes up
This program has been damaged, possably by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it

I have scanned for a virus and found none and did a scan disk and a defrag of the hard drive and no error reported, I also cleaned out temp files and downloaded a fresh copy from a different site. So in saying all this does anyone have any ideas.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have the same error popping up, what's up with this?
