[ERROR]nv4_disp BSOD ESS v4

Hello,I've just registered here xD but that's not my point.
This seems to be a ESS v4 bug so please read my post.
I seem to have a problem, my computer is restarting and appears BSOD(Blue Screen of Dead) with a nv4_disp.dll error whenever I enter a 3D application.
I first thought that my problem was related to NVIDIA but it wasn't.
So I google'd my problem and found this fix.
After uninstalling all the programs one by one I finally found that ESS V4 caused the BSOD problem.

I am here because I think ESET is a very useful anti-virus otherwise I would change my anti-virus.

My computer info:
-OS: Windows XP Pro, build 2600
-Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ ~2.2GHz
-Display: NVIDIA 8600 GT
My computer has all the latest software installed.

PS:I used ESS v4 Trial if helps.

If there is anything I need to add, just tell me. I'll remain without an anti-virus in hope of this bug is fixed.
I am 100% certain that this problem is caused by ESS v4. I have installed and uninstalled it a number of times to be sure.
