Error E000A0462

I keep getting the "Error E000A0462 - Unable to merge the partitions - There is not enough free space on the specified partition. The operation could not be started." See attached picture.

The D partition is 19.53GB in size with 1.99 GB used and the I partition is 54.88GB in size with 7.53GB used. I thought there would be plenty of space available to perform the operation. How much free space do you need?

Actually, your I: partition is 54.88MB not 54.88GB.


I don't know if the small size is causing the problem or not. However, for such a small amount of space, you might as well copy any files to the D: partition and just resize E: to use the space or leave it unallocated (assuming you want to remove the I: partition).
