ERA update ESET and NOD32

    Hi.
    Seems I have a problem with update mixed clients ( old NOD32 2.x and new ESET 3.x) though ERA. In server option > Updates I select Create update mirror, provide update files via internal HTTP server, create update mirror for NOD32 2.x and select in advanced settings products which I have installed. After updating bases ESET 3.x clients were updated successfully but NOD32 clients have access to base ( I can see update process progress ) but indicated base version stay without changes and system monitor keep inform about antivirus base outdate. Pleas help me to fix this problem.

    Hello,
    I'd suggest setting the logging verbosity to level 5, replicating the issue and sending the created log to customer care for perusal.
