ERA not creating reports

I went into ERA today to try messing with reports. I setup the report I want (And this happens no matter what parameters/type of report I try) and click GENERATE NOW. The status window comes up showing ERA is generating the report, then nothing - the status window disappears, no errors, no report, nothing. Last thing I see in the status window is that the report was successfully generated.

I look in the generated reports tab - blank.

What am I missing?

Have you changed any settings in the Additional settings at the bottom of the reports tab?

Also, try going to tools > Server options > logging tab, then change the verbosity to Level 5. Reproduce the reports issue, then go back and change it to level 2. Open the era.log to see if there's any clues there for why the report did not generate.

I tried all kinds of additional settings. Nothing ever works.

I changed logging to level 5 - see below for what showed up when I tried a report -

Nothing else happened. Look at the time and you'll see the report spent not even a tenth of a second doing anything.

 

I'm having the same problem. Server 4.0.138 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard (64-bit)

Progress bar says Report generated successfully but there is never anything listed in Generated Reports. The log did not reveal any information. See log entry below (level 5 logging)

Are you able to generate report to other format like xml or csv ?
