Enabling DHCP

    Hello all. I seem to have a problem on my home network. When I run a ipconfig command, the utility tells me DHCP is NOT enabled. I know I have the DHCP Client service running but apparently that's not the issue. I cannot see my roommate on our network or use our newly installed cable connection. So my question is... how to enable? Responses appreciated, thanks.
