EMET or OS Internal?

    If EMET forces mitigation techniques on otherwise incompatibly compiled processes, is there any value in using the Native OS switches for DEP (and SEHOP, if applicable) on processes which are already optimised for them, or just to EMET the whole lot?

    (I'm assuming that .Net framework is installed in all cases here)

    Also as an aside, is it only Windows 7 that offers opt-in for SEHOP and Vista is either Global on or off?
