I use it. It opens Outlook attachments (winmail.dat) which Thunderbird can't without using a very old unsupported add-on.
Do they still not give any option but to install to the C Drive? I had a long argument with them over this and they insisted that it would only work on the C drive, however I just copied the whole folder over to another drive and it worked without problem. Currently I an not using it as I don't need its features and feel more secure using The Bat.

Hello, This is one thing that I dislike with the eM Client devs. They posted 7.0.27732.0 yesterday with a corresponding changelog. I installed this version. Early this morning 7.0.27742.0 was posted and the version in the changelog was changed. I again went ahead and installed that version. Now the version is showing as 7.0.27744.0 and again the version in the changelog was changed. I guess I will install this latest version also. 3 versions with the same changelog and only version 7.0.27744.0 showing on the release history page as if 27732 and 27742 never existed... I just wonder what changed in each separate build? Did the first 2 have bugs where they had to be removed and replaced? I just wish they would give more information on the release history page and not remove changelogs for builds that they have posted previously for download. It just makes things confusing at times with the way they handle it....

I also use becky for years now ,together with spamihilator.Hard to beat this combination imo. I havent tried em client ,although ive looked at the homepage.Seems nice .
I switched to eM Client a few weeks ago from Thunderbird. I'm very impressed with it and it works perfectly in demonstration mode. I find the automatic adding of accounts to be easy but have failed to get my employers Exchange account added but that's probably due to some sort of policy block on the work server. I am now considering getting a license when my demo mode ends.

Do you guys use a special theme on Em Client? I just noticed that some users have made custom themes. On the forum: https://forum.emclient.com/emclient/topics/custom_em_client_themes? And I just noticed that today, some hours ago, Richard Mourino posted an updated link for "Classic DarkBlue fading with red lines". It looks like the custom themes are not hosted at the eM Client site.

Just downloaded to try.Works fine with spamihilator.A few things i cant get to grips with though.How does the weather thing work? Ive put in a location and enabled but don't see any weather reports popups ,anywhere in "calendar" or elsewhere?

Like this eMail Client , but what I can understand is when I installed this program on my computer ( SSD drive),with a download from 42 mb, eM Client is on the SSD drive 154 mb, but after one day it shows up as 311 mb on the SSD drive. I have not many emails and use IMAP. Any idea's ?
You may not have many email messages, but do they include large attachments? Pictures, for instance, can be quite large and they add up quickly.
Victek, no large attachments and pictures,for one or an other risen the mb on SSD went down by 50 mb,checked everything out but can not fined anything wrong. I think ,have to live with this . Cheers

Hello, A new stable version of eM Client 7.0.30068.0 has been released. Homepage Download Blog Release History Also two other versions appeared in the release history today, 7.0.28037.0 and 7.0.28822.0. Before today, these three versions were not on the release history page and were not available via the internal updater. Since I am currently testing the beta version, I cannot verify whether the latest stable version is now available via the internal updater so you may have to manually download the latest version and install "over the top". I can verify that a manual download will get you the latest (7.0.30068.0) stable version. HTH ...
