    I need help.

    I have ESS.
    When I tried to open quarantine,a window informs me that "an unhandled win32 exceprion occurred in ekrn.exe" (the window is from visual studio debugger).
    I close the window but after 2 seconds it is appears again.
    What should I do?

    Please try to uninstall then reinstall. If the problem persists, update Windows.
