Downloaded SpyBlaster

Oh MY!!
I just downloaded it and TONS of red one's came up. I checked them all and took care of it, but how bad is it that they were there I guess is what I am wondering.
Have they already done damage I might not be able to notice (not being a computer guru)?
Everything seems to be running fine and my anti virus scanned clean and all my ports are closed etc...
SHould I just leave well enough alone or is there anything else I should run and check?

All you have to do is click on select all and then click on
protect from all selected items and there you go.

what you saw is the list of the items that Spywareblaster protect you from if checked.

all you have to check is the update(once a week in average)
