Download of signatures will fail with Astaro Firewalls

    Hello,

    This might be interesting, if you own an Firewall from Astaro:
    A recent IPS Pattern will block any updates of signatures (ERA or direct client update).

    Disabling the rule 17297 will bring back the updates.

    Rule Name: SPECIFIC-THREATS McAfee VirusScan on-access scanner long unicode filename handling buffer overflow attempt.
    Group: Malware
