double scheduled tasks

I recently upgrade Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation 8 to build 1143.

ATI Management Console displays 2 identical scheduled tasks for each upgraded remote wks (backup logs are also displayed in double)!

May be this is the problem: On remote upgraded wks, Windows tasks manager shows 2 'schedhlp.exe' process running.

How can I solve this?

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

Could you please do the following:

1. Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/schedmgr.exe file;

- Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
- Run the following command in the folder you saved the file to:

schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

2. Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;

- Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";

- Send both the created schedreport.txt file and .nfo file to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.
