   Owing to the hillarity of the uninstall thread, I was wondering if I couldnt just have this thing running from its rescue CD? My PC's need to be used for realtime audio, and having a bunch of services running is not a happy thing for me.

   You wouldn't be able to use a lot of the features like scheduling, but yes you could image and restore without installing.

   That's how I've always used True Image - safer IMO. Of course, I don't do any automatic backups.
