Does not see my USB Seagate drive

    Just downloaded the trial version. Connected the eSata cable from the Seagate to a USB port via a universal connecter to my MacBook Pro (late 2010) running 10.8.4. It doesn't see it after the re-boot. Please help. If there is anybody out there!
